Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will require prepayment in full to book your next appointment. This prepayment will be applied to your future service and is non-refundable if that appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
